Most complete bikes are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship BMX parts and bikes worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Will my bike arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, all bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide a basic tool kit and assembly guide with every purchase.
What is your return policy for parts that don't fit?
We offer a 90-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If a part doesn't fit your build, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Frame size is generally determined by your height. We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on our website, but generally, riders between 5'5" and 5'9" prefer a 20.5" top tube, while taller riders often opt for 21" or larger.
Do you offer a price match guarantee?
